Arriving Late: Arriving late will limit the time for your appointment. Treatments may be customized to the new allotted time or rescheduled. Your treatment will end on time as to not delay other clients.

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel your appointment at least 2 hours prior to the service. No shows may be subject to pay a portion of the scheduled service.
